    Description

    Medical Edge Recruitment has an amazing direct hire opportunity for a Director of Nursing in Chamberlin, SD. This candidate will act as a champion and a leader of change. As an executive, you will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the organization's functions.

    Requirements:

    Current RN license or Compact license

    Must have 5 years of nursing experience.

    Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. (CCNE), (ACEN), (NLN CNEA)

    Two years management & leadership experience.

    Ability to lead the development and execution of clinical programs, policies, procedures and protocols ensuring system integration and adherence.

    CCRN, CND or CNL highly preferred
