Requirements:

• Current RN license or Compact license
• Must have 5 years of nursing experience.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. (CCNE), (ACEN), (NLN CNEA)
• Two years' management & leadership experience.
• Ability to lead the development and execution of clinical programs, policies, procedures and protocols ensuring system integration and adherence.
• CCRN, CND or CNL highly preferred
