The German Railway is one of the most diverse employers in Germany. Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 professions who want to become even better with us.

We are looking for you for a 2-year apprenticeship as an Industrial Electrician (m/f/d) for DB InfraGO AG at our Nordhausen location. The vocational school and training workshop are located in Leipzig. If certain requirements are met, we will support you with longer travel distances (for example, financially).
What to expect in your apprenticeship:
  • You will become a specialist in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of overhead lines
  • You will learn the basics, such as the relationship between voltage and current, as well as electrical fundamentals and equipment
  • You will learn how to evaluate technical documents expertly
  • Occupational safety regulations and workplace safety
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) school
  • Your knowledge of math and physics is particularly good
  • You have manual dexterity and enjoy tinkering in your free time
  • You enjoy working in a team and outdoors
  • Your committed, careful, and reliable work ethic sets you apart
