- Walk daily routes throughout the RV park to ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working condition and neat and clean
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive
- Assist with space selection and registration.
- Remain current on policies, i.e., pets, check-in/check-out times, reservation requirements, etc.
- Provide assistance to guests and answer questions as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of all RV park facilities, and notify RV Park Manager and Engineering of any maintenance or repairs needed
- Remain current on all promotions and accommodations offered to guests
- Stay up to date on local activities and special events
- Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow employees
- Perform other duties as assigned
- One month of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Previous experience working in a team or group environment
- Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal
- Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
- Verify right to work in the United States
