#JOB SUMMARY The Monitor Technician is responsible for on-going surveillance of patient cardiac monitors and provides Nurses and/or clinicians with immediate notifications of any changes in cardiac rhythms.# The Technician assists with maintenance of monitoring equipment through delivery, pick up, and cleaning of telemetry equipment.# Monitor Technicians must possess effective commination skills.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education â-High School or equivalent.# Minimum Work Experience â-No previous experience. Required Licenses/Certifications Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities â-Ability to handle confidential information. â-Maintains professional appearance at all times.
