Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience at our office which encompasses four construction industry companies.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Determine which company/services the customer needs help with
- Assist customers with checkin and checkout processes for concrete crushing facility
- Run ScaleHouse software for incoming and outbound concrete
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide information about our entire group of company to encourage sales across brands
- Daily customer invoicing through Quickbooks
- Using scheduling system for rock deliveries and dumpster service
- Other clerical duties such as filing
Skills Needed:
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong work ethic and team mentality
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus. Increase pay rate available for fluency.
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
