Job Details
Germany's strength lies in its federalist structure, which has evolved over thousands of years. Culture, politics, and the economy are all organized around multiple regions.

In order to support this structure, Salesforce has decided to increase investments by appointing four Regional Heads (Munich, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf & Berlin) to manage the Go to Market strategy.

The Head of Region will lead the regional teams and be responsible for creating an organization known for its strong Salesforce culture, commitment to Salesforce values, and ability to maintain the region's 25%+ year-on-year growth targets.

This leader will embody and build the organization around Salesforce's values:

Key outcomes for the new leader

  • Maintain and improve the 25%+ yearonyear growth by building a highperforming team that delivers results and embodies the Salesforce culture and values.
  • Create a regional organization that is aligned with the company's overall direction and responsibilities in Germany.
  • Represent Salesforce locally/in the region.
  • Ensure the sales organization has the framework in place to support and drive high customer retention.
