- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for At Home's Omnichannel business
- Perform financial analysis of business performance looking for trends in performance
- Develop and produce reporting used by Senior Management to drive business performance
- Provide regular financial analysis of P&L results for leadership team
- Maintain models used to develop short term and long-term forecasts on key business drivers
- Drive and manage relationship with business partners and various accounts
- Provide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects
- Budget, Forecast and participate in Long Range Planning
- Continuously find ways for improved efficiency
- 3-5 years financial analysis experience
- SAP and PowerBI experience a plus
- Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation
- Strong financial analysis and modeling background with great attention to detail
- Experience with retail operations a plus
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Hands-on, data driven approach to problem solving
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Statistics
- Honest, hard-working, and driven to deliver financial results
