Job Title: RN Residency Program at CHRISTUS Shreveport-Bossier Health System
Are you a recent nursing graduate? If so, we have exciting news for you - applications for our upcoming residency cohort starting in May 2024 are now open!
Joining our team means embarking on a journey to become a skilled and confident healthcare professional. Our year-long developmental program focuses on equipping newly licensed RNs with the knowledge and critical thinking skills needed for top-notch patient care.
As a new graduate at CHRISTUS, you will receive comprehensive orientation, one-on-one guidance from a personal preceptor, and exposure to a structured curriculum for skill enhancement and patient care assignments.

Requirements:
- Graduated from an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Holds a current Louisiana RN license
