- Prepares journal entries, schedules, and analyses following GAAP for month-end close.
- Perform income statement and balance sheet variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget or prior year.
- Compile balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Work with internal and external auditors providing supporting documentation as needed.
- Works with support staff and management throughout the company obtaining information to complete financial statements.
- Proficient in Oracle Business Intelligence.
- Able to balance, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Able to interact with various levels of management.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in accounting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsible for the integrity of the accounting of all balance sheets and profit and loss transactions per Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
