    We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
    • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
    • Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
    • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
    • Report analysis and findings to management team
    • Perform AR/AP activities by analyzing and processing accounting information into accounting system; document business transactions
    • Prepare and maintain G/L accounts; perform G/L account reconciliations including bank reconciliation
    • Perform month-end closing procedures and prepare monthly reports; maintain financial statements
    • Perform credit analysis for new account set-up or credit extension
    • Prepare AR/AP aging report s; perform past due AR collection
    • Assist in internal and external audit by planning working schedule and preparing required documents, ensuring adherence to standard requirements
    • Examine and process accounting information of fixed assets acquisition
    • Prepare and perform periodically inventory count
    • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations
    • Prepare ad hoc reports

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
    • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
    • Detail and deadline-oriented
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Bachelor's Degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance or Business administration
    • Minimum 1 year of accounting or related experience in manufacturing industry preferred
    • Previous experience in SAP FICO preferred
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong Analytical and problem solving skills, time management skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task
    • Self-starter, fast learner, and detail and deadline- oriente
    • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills required, including spreadsheet development, document controlled and organization
    • Bilingual ( English and Chinese) as a plus.
