Summary
Council for Airport Opportunity (CAO) is a non-profit organization that supports the airport community with its talent acquisition needs.

CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports.

The
Driver will work onsite at EWR Airport.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the retrieval and safe transport of luggage carts between all EWR terminals, air train platforms, parking lots and designated airport areas.
  • Physically loading and unloading truck bed using proper pushing and pulling techniques.
  • Communicating with the terminal leadership on deliveries and pickups, and utilizing flight information, and terminal traffic patterns to establish effective driving routes.
  • Inspecting and maintaining company vehicle in good working order, and reporting vehicle mechanical issues promptly to appropriate department for maintenance.
  • Obeying all rules of the road and yielding to all passenger traffic inside of terminal areas.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years driving experience
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull 75 lbs
  • Must have a valid Driver's License
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
  • Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
