- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare journal entries and assist in month-end close procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Provide support for payroll processing and related tasks.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager or Ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is a plus but not required. Recent graduates or candidates with relevant coursework/internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
