Compensation: Collective Agreement for Further Education Industry We are looking for a Job Coach (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Schönebeck.

Your tasks will include analyzing motivation levels and basic competencies, developing realistic career perspectives, and creating tailored application documents with participants.

Regular participation in team and case discussions will support your work with us. In addition, you will also be responsible for administrative tasks.


Your profile:

  • A professional or academic degree
  • Qualification as a trainer
  • Work experience in application training and job placement
  • In-depth knowledge of job placement and the regional education and job market
  • Good computer skills (especially MS Office)
  • Driver's license and car
  • Communication and teamwork skills or willingness to work in a team
  • Self-confidence
