- Set up all new clinicians in the Heisenberg II (HII) Clinician Payroll system in accordance with their contract.
- Maintain contract payroll data in HII for all current clinicians.
- Update leave of absence records in HII to ensure alignment with records in HCM.
- Run Scheduling Exceptions report to determine root cause for all shift data fallout.
- Maintain clinician profiles, including Holidays, RVUs, working level, etc.
- Collaborate with regional Contracting teams in order to accurately interpret contract language related to compensation.
- Partner with HRIS and HR Service Center to ensure the timely loading of new clinicians into HII via system interfaces.
- Request HII dashboard access for all new clinicians via ServiceDesk tickets.
- Key direct deposit information into Lawson.
- Other duties as requested by the Payroll Manager or Director.
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a Contracting, Payroll or Clinician Compensation position.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle multi-tasks.

- Good computer skills (word-processing, spreadsheet, database management).
