Job Description


The Challenge:


You will support the department heads and their teams in organizational and coordination tasks, such as event organization, HSE issues, planning and process tasks.

You will take on the role of office manager and be our central contact person at our location in Essen, making our office a comfortable place to work and ensuring that all employees can work well.

You will ensure the preparation and follow-up of meetings and actively participate as a team member in various appointments and tasks.

You will contribute to the smooth coordination of processes at the management level, including planning, booking and billing of trips.

You will independently manage internal purchasing and ordering processes within the department.


A convincing background:
You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and want to help shape the sustainable energy world of tomorrow.

You are an absolute organizational talent, which you have already proven in a similar position and perhaps also outside of the office environment.

You are proficient in using MS Office tools and ideally have experience in handling internal process systems, such as FuV-Tool, MICE, SAP.

You enjoy taking responsibility, working in a dynamic company, and constantly developing yourself.
Your way of working is proactive and solution-oriented, and you handle tasks responsibly and discreetly.
With your positive and sociable demeanor, you find it easy to build valuable networks.
Excellent German and good English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
