Mid-Level Marketing Coordinator
OM Seating is a vibrant, warm, design-forward manufacturer of office seating. Our small but mighty marketing department is looking for a hands-on, multi-talented mid-level marketing coordinator to join us.
Are you a roll-up-your-sleeves person with some experience in marketing or sales? We want you The role supports all aspects of our marketing and strategic direction: supporting marketing, product development, and sales.
Specifically, you will work with a team to:
- Conceptualize & Design graphics for use within our constellation of marketing touchpoints (e.g., brochures, website, newsletters, social media posts and various other digital/printed marketing tools), while also keeping inline with our overarching visual style & "image",
- Interpret project briefs into copywriting concepts and/or graphics storyboards to achieve project requirements,
- Collaborate with our team in planning our social media presence & postsand then help to execute that plan
- Collaborate within a closeknit team (that you would become a part of) on large
- Use SEO principles to maximize copy's reach and effectiveness,
- Stay current on trends and competitors within the industry,
- Play a key role in seeing projects through the whole creative lifecycle—from inception to deployment to results measurement,
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications and visuals,
- Develop concepts by hand or with various software programs, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout,
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system,
- Support the planning and logistics for several annual trade shows,
- Support messaging around product launches and sales updates,
- Support sales teams with training materials, videos, custom product demos, and the like,
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Graphics Design, Arts, Journalism, English, Communications, or related discipline
- 5 years or more of experience in:
- ___. ___Copywriting and Copy editing,
- ___Graphics Design software, including:
- ___. ___Adobe Suite (Photoshop
- In-Design
- Illustrator),
- Exceptional writing, grammatical, and proofreading skills,
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Light coding experience a plus (HTML preferred)
- Solid portfolio of work on both Copy & Graphics Design
Details:
- Job Type: Full Time (40+ hours a week)
- One location: Ontario, CA
- Typical workday: 8:30a to 5:00p, M-F
- Pay Rate $ $33.00 Compensation may vary commensurate with experience.
