    Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction management principles.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

    Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met

    Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget

    On-site project management

    Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management

    Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

    Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout the construction process

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

    Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

    Proficiency in project management software, gsuite, office, etc.

    Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

    Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation

    Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at all levels

    Strong leadership abilities and problem-solving skills

    Local book of subcontractors a strong plus
