- Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and prepare journal entries accurately and on schedule.
- Assist in lease accounting activities, including lease classification, recognition, and disclosure in accordance with accounting standards.
- Support stock compensation accounting processes, including recording stock-based compensation expenses and maintaining equity-related records.
- Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842) and stock compensation accounting guidelines.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing financial projections and variance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and support financial reporting needs.
- Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong experience using NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis and reporting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
