Job Overview:
Duties include working with on the "Fleetio" Fleet management system to:
- Plan and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop a good working relationship with maintenance crew, equipment operators and admin staff.
- Manage and track fuel consumption, mileage and expenses.
- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management
- Forecasting parts needs and ordering parts to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor the current parts inventory.
- Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them
