We are a large pediatric therapy company that offers skilled and non-skilled therapy services in Arizona. We are currently the fastest growing pediatric agency in Arizona growing at 600% per year. We are a fast paced company with high energy and a passion for helping special needs kids.

We are seeking an HR Recruiter Assistant to join our team


Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Creating Ads on Indeed (under supervision of Lead Recruiter)
  • Recruiting on Facebook Ads for specified area
  • Website leads for specified areas
  • Cancel/reschedule recruiter interviews when they are out
  • Interview, recruit and train under the supervision on Lead Recruiter

Skills/Qualifications:

Bilingual (preferred):


  • Peopleperson, positive attitude

  • Computer literacy
  • Above average time management
  • Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented

Job Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass background check (Level 1 fingerprint clearance card)

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
