This role is based out of a client in Chicago, IL and will be seasonal from June 10th to August 30th.
The Role:
Crafty Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office food & beverage Kitchen program.
They are the human element and the happy face that leads client-site execution on execution communication on a daily basis.
It is a high energy role for people who derive positive energy from being on their feet and around people.

After operating with a vertically integrated supply chain (i.e., directly fulfilling orders from Crafty-operated distribution centers) in Chicago and the Bay Area, our team launched a third party fulfillment model that has rapidly scaled our coverage into over 25 markets globally, in just a year's time.
At Crafty, we have a diverse, high-powered team, composed of folks in technology, supply chain operations, field operations, sales, account management, and more.
80% - Food & Beverage Program Execution
- Organizing and stocking of product in all applicable areas of the client site
- Merchandising all products to Crafty's operational standards
- Maintaining equipment on a daily and weekly basis
- Cleaning equipment, shelving, and counters throughout each shiftReceiving and organizing deliveries in accordance to Crafty's operational processes
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and be able to push/pull/lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the client site for various needs
10% - Hospitality and Problem Solving
- Building a relationship with each client while servicing their space, including checking in on any recent product changes or equipment issues
- Maintaining professional composure and a hospitable attitude while completing daily tasks
- Developing a deep understanding of your client site so you can proactively plan for any issues that may arise during your shift
10% - Internal Communication
- Acting as the "eyes and ears" of Crafty at your client site; sharing observations and recommendations with your manager on a regular cadence
- Observing slow and fast moving products, and making recommendations to your manager
- Communicating any issues, needs, or upcoming changes or events at your client site to the your manager
- Using Slack to communicate with different stakeholders on a daily/weekly basis

- Extraordinarily organized. Detailorientation is an absolute must. You have triedandtrue methods in your arsenal for staying organized and on top of it all.

- Experience working with high technology coffee machines
- Experience in Merchandising
