- Identify Productivity Improvements:
- Support the design of new facilities, retrofits, and other equipment changes
- Recommend process enhancements across all aspects of operations
- Assist in transportation optimization efforts
- Maintain and optimize labor management programs
- Refine labor management procedures and best practices
- Support Distribution Centers through Planning and Analysis:
- Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, and capacity modeling
- Provide budget reports and monitor performance
- Coordinate Project Activities for Productivity Enhancements:
- Oversee project implementation by coordinating resources
- Ensure projects adhere to budget and schedule
- Monitor vendor performance
- Provide Technical Troubleshooting for Distribution Center Systems:
- Offer support for system troubleshooting and equipment downtime
- Serve as the subject matter expert for all facility equipment needs
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process evaluation
- Strong initiative and drive
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
- Previous experience in distribution or manufacturing engineering
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities
- Experience with AutoCAD and SQL
- Willingness to relocate
- On-call duties and flexibility in schedule
- Occasional travel, including overnight stays
