Some professional experience in companies?
Yes, I have some experience, ideally in HR.

And also interested in gaining practical experience in a bank on-site in Berlin and remotely?
Absolutely
WHAT YOU CAN DO:

Support in the implementation and evaluation of online surveys?
Give me some data and I can calculate various correlations and make content-related conclusions. I am very detail-oriented

Draw conclusions from the results for communication and present them in a targeted and appealing way?
I have a knack for that.

Prepare and follow up on workshops?
I really enjoy that.

And also work independently and reliably?

WHAT YOU WILL DO:



  • Evaluate our regular online surveys in Excel and present the results in Power Point and our Content Management System.
  • Support projects in organization and implementation, and also bring your own creativity.
  • Create content for project communication.
  • Gain valuable insights into the change management of DKB AG.
  • Working with our collaboration tools Confluence and Jira will also
