Position Objectives
- Timely interaction and acute awareness of patient concerns
- Complete documentation preparation prior to patient appointment(s)
- Accuracy when scheduling in accordance with provider recommended treatment plans
- Timely provider notification; appropriate cancellation documentation
- Ability to take initiative and ensure completion of daily tasks with timely completion
- Quality and timeliness of assignment completion
- Acute awareness of HIPAA compliance
Education and Experience
- 3years of patient experience or customer service related experience; hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
- High School diploma or equivalent mandatory

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour
