• Timely interaction and acute awareness of patient concerns

• Timely provider notification; appropriate cancellation documentation
• Ability to take initiative and ensure completion of daily tasks with timely completion
• Quality and timeliness of assignment completion
• Acute awareness of HIPAA compliance

• 3years of patient experience or customer service related experience; hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
• High School diploma or equivalent mandatory
