- Handle incoming calls from clients seeking financial guidance
- Guide clients on available options based on budget analysis
- Assist clients with debt management strategies, credit remediation options, and credit reporting concerns
- Prepare budgets for clients and provide financial education tools
- Process client applications and enrollment for debt consolidation programs
- Verify client information using databases
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service with 6 months in a phone-based role
- Certification: PFE Debt Management Professional Certification (to be obtained within the first 6 months of employment)
- Additional Skills: Basic computer and mathematical skills, ability to read and interpret documents, strong communication skills
- Lifting & Physical Requirements: Sitting or standing for long periods, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
- Work Environment: General office setting with moderate noise
