- Experience in network troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of firewall technologies, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN technologies.
- Familiarity with network management and monitoring tools (e.g., SNMP, Nagios, PRTG).
- Strong grasp of TCP/IP networking protocols and network security concepts.
- Prior experience supporting users in a cloud-hosted virtualized environment.
