Highfill is responsible for operating and developing the entire IT infrastructure for issuing traditional tickets at the ticket office and at the machine, as well as online and mobile tickets, for DB Fernverkehr AG.

We sell over 70 million tickets annually through our digital platforms [website link removed] and DB Navigator, and with your help, we will continue to advance these platforms.

In the age of digital transformation, our goal is to accompany customers safely and reliably through booking and travel services based on modern technologies, before, during, and after their journey.

We are currently looking for a Senior IT Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) for DB Fernverkehr AG at our location in Frankfurt (Main) at the earliest possible date.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring overall transparency of the progress of IT projects for the IT sales platform, with a focus on the requirement definition phase, and preparing and documenting the relevant committees
Supporting the definition, further development, and implementation of portfolio methods and necessary KPIs for process control in your role as IT Portfolio Manager
Coordinating, preparing, and documenting management committees and supporting the creation of management documents up to the executive level
Developing performance indicators with us and implementing methods to regularly monitor and report on them
Possessing management experience and the ability to act confidently and in the best interest of the organization in special situations
