To ensure that all guests receive their food in a friendly, hospitable, and prompt manner using appropriate procedures in accordance with Flo?s Standards.

Assisting all service team members and management in anticipating our guest?s needs and operating a clean and efficient restaurant.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Warmly and graciously greet all guests
Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible.
Engage in friendly conversation as you pass out the guest food.
Pre Bus tables quickly and efficiently whenever needed and inspect table for proper presentation and completeness.
Create a positive final impression by saying to the guest enjoy your meals.
Assist guest if any food items or condiments are needed
Provide preliminary information regarding menu
Deliver food to tables
Describe dishes to customers
Check food for accuracy
Prepare soups and salads when required
Take additional orders when required
Let the serving staff know if the guests require more drinks
Clean work area
