Job Purpose

The Dishwasher maintains the cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, tools, and utensils for the Skechers Café and catering teams.

Though not an explicitly customer-facing role, all Facilities and Corporate Operations staff are responsible for providing a first-class customer experience and ensuring the Skechers Café is a clean, safe, and friendly environment.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Clean tableware
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, crockery, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand
Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas
Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas
Remove trash and dispose of waste properly
Follow proper food safety standards
Treat all management and fellow teammembers with respect to support a healthy and positive team environment
Comply with the Skechers Café uniform requirements and maintain a professional presence
Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

Able to work onsite
ServSafe Food Handler Certification
Able to load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates and trays in a fast and efficient manner
Good communication skills (both written and oral)
Able to work effectively in a dynamic, quickmoving environment
Able to work overtime hours when necessary

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in food service support, such as dishwashing, food running, or bar backing

The pay range for this role is $22-$25/hr USD
