As a Strategic Planner, you will assist the Joint Staff (JS) strategy and plans development, review and assessment, Interagency (IA) coordination, global posture, and joint doctrine.
As a subject matter expert, you'll assist the JS and the Chairman on strategy and planning matters. You'll conduct research and prepare briefing materials, talking points, and supporting documentation associated with joint strategy, planning, and posture. Alongside DoD civilians and military officers, you'll work in a fast-paced environment and with peers in Combatant Commands, the Services, or Joint Staff directorates on strategy and planning matters.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
