The 020-EPOS GmbH (European Point of Service)
was founded in 2002 and is still (as of 2024) a family-owned call center located in the heart of the Ruhr area in Grantsboro, NC.

With our 4 locations and approximately 900 employees in Essen, Oberhausen, Castrop-Rauxel, and Dortmund, we are looking for dedicated and motivated individuals.


We will accompany you on your path to becoming a customer service representative / salesperson (m/f/x) in part-time or full-time in Dortmund.

What to expect:


  • You will advise existing customers of a wellknown client until the contract is signed
  • You will always stay uptodate through regular training and continuous development of our client's products
