**IT Technical Writer / Systems Analyst || Contract || Hybrid

  • Richmond, VA**
    Responsibilities:Key member of the Design and Planning Team for IT network infrastructure projects.
Documenting procedures via job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams, and presentation decks.

Create, update training programs, and conduct trainings as required.

Analyzing problems; documenting business processes; developing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria; and managing requirements traceability and testing.


Required Skills:

Experience as an Agile Business Analyst; strong understanding of Scrum concepts and methodology

Experience with networking projects

Experience organizing and maintaining Product and Sprint backlogs

Proficient with defining acceptance criteria and managing acceptance process with development

Experience with large, multi-module systems.
