For our client in San Ildefonso Pueblo, we are currently seeking:

Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

This position is to be filled through direct placement.

Your profile as a Payroll and Financial Accounting Clerk (m/f/d):

- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent

- Specialized training, e.g. as a specialist or business administrator, is advantageous

- Several years of professional experience

- In-depth knowledge of labor, income tax, and social security law required

- Very good knowledge of German is mandatory

- Proficient in MS Office, DATEV, and ideally HRworks and IFS

Your tasks in the *****

- Independent processing of monthly payroll in DATEV

- Careful maintenance of employee master data and time tracking

- Handling of reporting and certification

- Competent contact person for managers and employees regarding payroll questions

- Collaboration in main and subsidiary accounting

- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts and balances

- Processing of dunning procedures

- Close cooperation with external partners such as authorities, social security institutions, etc.
