- Inspects buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues
- Repairs faulty equipment units and damaged structures
- Develops and implementing preventative maintenance procedures
- Manages heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality
- Performs, plans and schedules repairs
- Performs general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry
- Provide cleaning services for our company vehicles
- Perform additional housekeeping or maintenance tasks as necessary, including dusting ceiling vents, light fixtures, and walls, painting, repairing, cleaning bathrooms, trash removal
- Helps develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department
- Maintains the inventory records for equipment and supplies
- Maintain a safe and clean workspace
- Must be 21 years or older
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be able to effectively work alone with minimal direction
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology, or a relevant field is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
- Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
