What to expect:


  • As a construction manager for structural and turnkey construction (m/f/d), you will be responsible for independently leading and monitoring our construction projects in the greater Dresden area, taking into account and meeting deadlines, economic and quality requirements.
  • You will be responsible for planning and managing a demandoriented and efficient use of personnel and materials, while complying with relevant regulations.
  • As part of your role, you will provide instruction, monitoring, and evaluation of our subcontractors and suppliers.
  • You will conduct negotiations with clients, construction partners, and third parties in a goaloriented and independent manner.
  • You will achieve the calculated construction site result and maximize profit potential.
  • You place great importance on adhering to occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • Your tasks also include coordinating the billing of construction services.

Your foundation:


  • You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field, or are a technician with similar knowledge.
  • You have practical experience as a construction manager (m/f/d), preferably with previous internships or student jobs. Ideally, you have already been involved in the execution of trades in turnkey construction for highrise and industrial buildings.
  • You have knowledge of construction contract law (VOB and BGB) and occupational safety and environmental regulations.
  • You have user knowledge of a constructionspecific software application, ideally iTWO.
