Centers for Behavioral Health LLC serves individuals with mental illness in the community. We strive to instill hope, increase independence and promote recovery and wellness, through advocacy and education. Our supported housing program allows our residents to live independently in the community, while receiving supportive, compassionate assistance. We ensure each resident has available 3 meals daily, medication monitoring, life skills support, and advocacy in the community. Many residents also participate in our Life Skills PRP program which provides case management, group activities and community outings.


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise program staff, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to program goals
• Develop and implement new programs to meet the needs of our clients
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community members
• Provide leadership in program development and evaluation
• Work closely with individuals with behavioral health diagnoses to ensure their needs are met effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and/or CPRP or other related accreditation
• Proven experience in program management, and supervising staff
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
• Knowledge of working with people with behavioral health diagnoses

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
