Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team.

As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Update and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with the organization's mission and values
  • Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HRrelated matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Proven experience in training development, interviewing techniques, benefits administration, program management, performance management, and process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

Pay:
$80, $110,000.00 per year
