PH Hospitality Group, LLC is searching for General Managers who are enthusiastic about working with people, have a love for pizza, and possess strong leadership abilities.

If this sounds like you, then join our PH Hospitality Group family! Based in Wisconsin, our company manages 28 Pizza Hut locations across Central Wisconsin, Green Bay, and the Fox Valley.

Primary Core Responsibilities:

Ensure prompt and friendly service following company guidelines.
Direct overall activities and performance of hourly staff.
Handle guest complaints promptly.
Monitor and manage food and beverage inventories.
Teach and enforce alcohol awareness.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Complete daily reports and documents in a timely manner.
Schedule staff effectively to meet sales volume and service levels.
Adhere to all cash handling procedures.
Oversee hiring, training, motivation, and discipline of restaurant personnel.
Maintain safety and security programs.
Communicate effectively with management staff.
Complete all assigned duties and responsibilities.

Qualifications:
Three years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and achieve results through others.
Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Professional image and demeanor.
Physical stamina to work up to 6 hours at a time, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
