As a Quality Assurance Agent at Interstate Moving and Relocation Group Inc., you will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our moving orders.
Your primary responsibilities will include verifying inventory, ensuring order accuracy, and assisting customers with adjustments to their inventory before move day.
Your attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills will help maintain our high service standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Verify the accuracy of inventory lists provided by customers and estimators.
- Ensure all items are correctly listed and accounted for in the moving order.
- Collaborate with the moving estimator to confirm and adjust inventory as needed.
- Assist customers in reviewing and updating their inventory before the scheduled move
- Address any discrepancies or issues with inventory lists promptly and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving inventory and moving orders concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory verifications and adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with the moving team to ensure all items are handled appropriately on move day.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or related field qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, customer service, or inventory management, preferably within the moving industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and other relevant tools.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
