The User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer contributes to the integration of high-fidelity UI/UX into current and future development efforts.

He/She will work with cross-functional teams to develop engaging, positive user experiences and intuitive interfaces for digital solutions for internal UPS customers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.
  • Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.
  • Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.
  • Produce documentation for projectrelated activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members with projectrelated activities and tasks.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Portfolio is a must
  • Experience with Figma required
  • Experience conducting user research and analyzing the data
  • Communication and analytical skills very critical
