The User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer contributes to the integration of high-fidelity UI/UX into current and future development efforts.

He/She will work with cross-functional teams to develop engaging, positive user experiences and intuitive interfaces for digital solutions for internal UPS customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to and support the visual and interactive user experience for products central to future development efforts.
Advocate UI/UX design standards, guidelines, and strategies to create cohesive experiences.
Support the UI/UX department strategy and integration of the user experience team within UPS.
Produce documentation for projectrelated activities, research and analysis outcomes, and test results.
Mentor and guide junior team members with projectrelated activities and tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Human Computer Interaction or Computer Science or equivalent
2+ years of experience
Portfolio is a must
Experience with Figma required
Experience conducting user research and analyzing the data
Communication and analytical skills very critical
