Responsible for validating internal purchase requests at DDS, ensuring proper authorization. Also, reviewing services bills to confirm authorization and documentation. Tracking services in the system, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with guidelines. Handling fiscal records efficiently, supervising administrative assistants, and resolving payment issues. Providing guidance to staff and processing incoming bills via the computer system.
Qualifications
**Education: General
Minimum Qualifications: Six months of experience in providing direction for agency objectives. Relevant education may substitute for experience as determined by the agency.
Preferred Qualifications: Accounting background
