    Air Flo Heating Co. is the Olympic Peninsula's largest and most experienced heating contractor, with more than 24,000 successful system installations since 1974. We believe that comfort and safety are the most important concerns for your home and have designed our business to meet these concerns.

    Currently, we have an immediate need for an In-Home Sales Professional to join our Gig Harbor team. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience with a proven track record of success; however, we are willing to train and develop the right candidate who is looking to build a career with a stable company. If you are a self-starter, accountable, driven, ethical, hard-working, personable, rejection-proof, and work well independently, this may be the right fit for you.

    Pay Range: Base + commission. Estimated 1st year income $55K - $80K. Target compensation $100K+

    Work Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, when not in sales appointments

    Required Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
    • Intermediate computer skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays
    • Well-organized and ability to work independently

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HVAC or other service-related industry experience
    • Prior sales experience with a proven track record of success
