The Johns Hopkins Hospital's
Nelson 3 is a 23-bed medical unit with 12 telemetry beds.

On the unit you will provide care for a variety of complex adult medical patients with acute gastrointestinal, cardiac, renal, hepatic, endocrine, sickle cell, hematological, and respiratory disorders.

The team uses a multidisciplinary approach to care, utilizing physicians, case managers, homecare, pharmacy, PT/OT, and social work to provide quality and safe care while supporting the patient and their family.

_Who Should Apply_:


  • Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required
  • BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted
- (Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered; provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years of hire)_
