- Provide spiritual care and support to residents, families, and staff members.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines to protect patient information confidentiality.
- Visit hospice patients to deliver spiritual counsel, prayer, and support.
- Represent the organization positively in the community.
- Bachelor's degree in theology, psychology, or sociology.
- Knowledge of theology, liturgy, psychology, and ethical guidelines.
- Experience in working with elderly individuals and strong communication skills required.
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays.

Our Long-Term Care facility is looking for a Part-Time Pastoral/Spiritual Care Assistant to provide support to patients, families, and staff members.
Weekend Role: 16 Hours
