The Wespach Foundation for Senior Care in Salem is a non-profit, charitable municipal foundation of public law located between Neufrach and Bermatingen. In our 3 homes, we offer a home to 80 residents. We have a protected dementia unit with 12 places and its own dementia garden.

To expand our friendly team, we are currently looking for a

Senior Care Assistant, Nursing Assistant, or Care Assistant (m/f/d) with a possible employment volume of %.

What you will do:

  • You will provide basic and treatment care for our residents
  • You will support the nursing staff in caring for our seniors

What you bring:

  • You ideally have completed training as a senior care assistant, nursing assistant, nursing aide, or have relevant work experience in the field of inpatient senior care
  • Are you new to the field of full-time care? We will help you with your training
  • You have sensitivity and empathy in dealing with our residents and their families
  • You are a team player and support the entire nursing team
