Starting September 1st, 2024, the Carl Stahl Group at the Süßen location is looking for an apprentice (m/f/d) for a dual study program in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Innovation and Product Management.


WHAT TO EXPECT
The Industrial Engineering program combines technical and business fundamentals.

In the Innovation and Product Management profile, you will gain theoretical and practical knowledge in integrated innovation and product management.

The practical training includes active involvement in product management. By connecting marketing, design, and technology with strategic thinking, you will contribute to the successful development of product innovations.


During the practical phases, you will work on market-oriented development and marketing of Carl Stahl's specific products, such as systems, processes, and custom requests from our customers.

You will also assess the technical feasibility and costs of these products.


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Good general or specialized university entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachhochschule)
  • Excellent knowledge in mathematics and physics
  • Enthusiasm for technology and technical connections
  • Interest in business processes
  • Logical and analytical thinking skills
  • Teamwork and responsibility
  • Dedication and creativity
  • Communication and social skills
  • Excellent English skills (additional language is a plus)
