Responsibilities - your move:


After intensive training including seminars:

  • Management of the branch (based on key performance indicators)
  • Responsibility for operational processes at the location
  • Ensuring optimal customer service
  • Leadership and training of the team (e.g. sales of additional services, claims management)
  • Coordination of fleet, personnel, and service providers
  • Recruitment and training of employees
  • Management of existing customers

Profile - your way:


  • At least three years of experience in a similar role
  • Ideally professional experience in retail, hotel, sales, etc.
  • First experience in team leadership desirable
  • Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English
  • Resultsoriented and serviceoriented mindset
  • Organizational skills and communication skills
  • Driver's license class B
