Description

Your tasks

  • You structure our Luxembourg private equity umbrella funds and draft the necessary corporate and service contracts.
  • You negotiate contract details with investors and are responsible for clarifying regulatory and tax issues.
  • As part of target fund investments, you coordinate legal and tax due diligence and negotiate with representatives of the target funds.
  • For existing investments, you review proposed changes.
  • You work closely with the investment team, compliance officer, and administration to implement cross-cutting issues (e.g. sustainability, tax compliance).

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your legal studies.
  • You have relevant professional experience, ideally in the field of closed-end specialized AIFs.
  • You are able to present and handle complex economic and legal relationships concisely and solution-oriented.
  • Your proficiency in English is evident in both written and spoken communication.
