Position: Family Nurse Practitioner

4. Manage and coordinate patient care, including referrals to specialists, follow-up appointments, and medication management.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
2. Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and license to practice in the state of Utah..
